Hoboken Dance Academy celebrates 2nd Anniversary Nov. 1st.

Hoboken Dance Academy (HDA) turns 2 on November 1st. We offer a true dance education to the Hudson County community. We currently serve students from Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, Seacaucus, Union City, West New York, Bayonne and NYC. We also have former students from the Peridance children's program and Broadway Dance Center children's program.Our teaching philosophy is that each student will be given the opportunity to learn dance in its purest form. The curriculum builds itself upon technique, terminology, pedagogy and execution. We believe that all of our student's are individuals and have their own reasons for entering our dance program and our goal is to give them a proper dance education whether their goal is to dance professionally or as an extra curricular activity. We believe that all children can be taught and learn in an academic and expressive environment. Hoboken Dance Academy builds strong dancers with an appreciation for dance as a true art form.

There are no "gimmicks" here. What we are offering is a free trial class to anyone who is interested in finding out more about our classes.

Our instructors have been or are currently with: Broadway's Phantom, Stomp, Drumstruck, Cleo Mack, Pasqual Rekoert’s Flexicurve, New Jersey Ballet,Royal Ballet London, North Carolina School of the Arts and the Tulsa Ballet. Instructor Union affiliations: SAG, AEA, AGMA, and AFTRA.

Parade!!

New Adult Tap class

We have added a Tuesday morning adult tap class. It is a beg./Int. level class and will begin Oct. 21.

News

Hello HDA Families! Our classes are off to a great start and I am so excited for our new season. It is so nice to see all of students getting back into the swing of things. All of the students are doing so well and I look forward with my staff to watch them all grow as dancers. Our first official day off at the studio is this month is on Halloween. We also will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary next month! We have some special things planned for this year and we look forward to an amazing 3rd dance season! Thank you all for letting us be a part of your children's lives.

Adult Class Dance Card is back!

Hoboken Dance Academy is bringing back the 10 class punch card! The class card is $160.00 and is good for 3 months of purchase date. Our class card can be applied to any of our classes. You also can pay per class and the cost of a single class is $18.00.
